Renville County Hospital and Clinics first opened its’ doors in January of 1951. Located in Olivia, Minn., the medical center is a county-owned integrated health-delivery system featuring a 25 bed critical access medical and surgical hospital and three rural health clinics. The medical center directly employs over sixteen healthcare providers representing primary care in conjunction with several affiliated specialties. Local primary care physician services are provided at clinic locations in Hector, Olivia, and Renville. Hospital services include twenty-four hour emergency services, a wide range of outpatient diagnostics including, an on-site laboratory, radiology studies including x-ray, digital mammography, ultrasound, MRI, CT scan, fluoroscopy, cardiopulmonary services including respiratory therapy, spirometry, sleep studies, pulmonary function tests echocardiography, EKG, holter monitoring and EEG. Additional specialized services include orthopedics, ENT services, urology, podiatry, nephrology, obstetrics, and gynecology. The medical center employs over 150 employees and is the 4th largest employer in Renville County.
