Family Practice Physician [+-]

Renville County Hospital & Clinics is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physicians, with or without obstetric experience, who would like to extend their experience in a comprehensive rural health care facility while enjoying the quality of life a rural community has to offer. Our three clinics are an extension of a 25 bed CAH hospital, offering a competitive base salary with production incentives, excellent retirement and generous benefits package. Full-Time Clinic Nurse [+-]

Due to our increase in Provider Staff RC Hospital & Clinics is looking for a full-time Clinic nurse.  We offer a wide variety of nursing opportunities that support our mission of providing excellent health care services.  Clinic experienced LPN or CMA preferred.  Great benefits with competitive wage with a sign on bonus.

Medical Coder [+-]

Renville County Hospital & Clinics is looking for a fulltime Medical Coder.  This job requires you to be either RHIT or CCS certified, experience in coding inpatient, outpatient and clinic records preferred.  Must be detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy.

This position is eligible for excellent benefits package.

Radiology Technologist .8 [+-]

Must have ARRT certification or eligible. MRI or Mammography experience preferred.   This position assumes responsibility and accountability for patients who present for diagnostic imaging services.  Call rotation will be approximately 1 in 5 weekends and some week nights.

RN Anticoagulation Clinic Nurse /Clinic Care Coordinator [+-]

RC Hospital & Clinics has an opening for an RN Anticoagulation Clinic Nurse /Clinic Care Coordinator.   The anticoagulation clinic nurse is responsible for anticoagulation clinic management and uses a physician directed protocol to determine dosing schedules and changes.  This position is focused on providing education, counseling, and self-management support for individuals requiring chronic disease management.  The Care Coordinator facilitates communication between patients, families and health care provider, functions as patient advocate and navigator. Responsibilities include management and coordination of plan of care in Primary Care office, extending into the community and transitioning patients as they move from acute care to post acute care services as needed.  Responsibilities also include prescription refills and triage.

Requirements: RN with Current Minnesota License, 3 years of ambulatory clinic experience with current clinical knowledge as it relates to chronic disease management.  Experience in effectively collaborating and problem solving with patients, their families and health care team members.  Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of community resources and patient education principles.  Proficiency with managing patients on lists classifying patients by risk levels, disease processes and quality measures.  Anticoagulation Therapy Management Certificate preferred.

 

RN Quality Improvement Specialist [+-]

RC Hospital & Clinics is looking for a RN Quality Improvement Specialist.  This position will develop and provide process improvement,  education, and serves as a clinical resource for best practice (evidence-based medicine) throughout the organization.  Coordinates the QAPI program and ensures compliance with CMS guidelines throughout the organization.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree nurse, Minnesota RN License, maintains a nationally recognized healthcare quality certification preferred or willing to work towards obtaining one.
